My roots.... I'm getting back to them. I forgot that horrid smell of other people's body fluids all over your clothes and that wonderful feeling of knowing that everyone around you is just as in love with the song that is playing as you are and that moment when you get shoved into someone and you just shove them right back and the fact that your throat hurts and you can't hear a thing after you get out of the venue....
It's amazing.
I love rock shows. The vitality and
complete and
utter pureness of it all. It's about the
music. I miss it. And I want it back. And I'm going to get it back.
Last night was just amazing. I tried the indie scene. It wasn't really working for me.
The way it should've been all along...
